Indoor features included 8 bedrooms, 9 full and 3 half bathroom, foyer with staircase, formal living & dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, family room, laundry room, paneled library with wet bar, home theater, wine cellar, gym, garage and more. Outdoor features include a gated entrance, motor court, loggia, patio, swimming pool with spa and a pool house with bedroom suite and kitchenette. This premium residence demanded a highly customized, quality and elegance focused approach to the painting project. 

There was extensive preparation work done to ensure that the painted surfaces retained their look over a long period of time. The paint products used were of the highest quality and there was complete attention to detail on every small part of the project.
